Ruled out (eligibility): Help to Grow: Management (needs 5+ staff and a year trading), MEIF II debt via Maven (cash-generative firms only), Frontier AI SME Champions, Digital Planning Improvement Fund (councils only, no software licences), RAEng Enterprise Fellowships (must be sole job).
